Enable Box integration in Box
Admin- Sign in to the Box Admin Console.
- Go to Integrations and find ChatGPT - MCP either by using the MCP Category filter, or by using the search bar at the top of the page.
- Ensure the ChatGPT - MCP is enabled for your enterprise by setting the Availability status to Available to all users.
Use the integration in agent builder
User- In each Agent that requires Box MCP, click the + button in the Tools section.
- Select MCP.
- Look for the Box MCP.
- Enter your Box Access token and connect.
